Please attend — or give us 24 hours

Your slot ties up a pharmacist who could otherwise see NHS patients.

Our Watford clinics are run from contracted NHS pharmacies. When you miss a travel appointment, that's time our pharmacist can't spend supporting NHS patients in the same building — and a slot we routinely turn away other travellers from. The NHS estimates each missed appointment costs around £216 in lost capacity. Please show up. If you genuinely can't, call us 24 hours ahead and we'll reschedule, no fuss.
